Banwell Heritage Day    

Thank you to everyonee who came along to our event with the Banwell Society of Archaeology in July.  A memorial was unveiled in the cemetery and a selection of fascinating artefacts from the 2012 excavation were displayed by the South West Heritage Trust.

The event was enjoyed by all, with attendees saying how moving they found the stone unveiling.

Thanks to the Society of Archaeology whose volunteers helped make the event possible and who also provided fantastic refreshments.
